This training program includes online courses, in-person fire safety drills, and an in-person (written) examination.
Online course platform: CMU's Moodle Digital Learning System
Online course period: February 10 – February 25, 2026
In-person examination venue: As classroom reservations are not yet available, the examination venue will be announced on February 26 via Moodle and the Environmental Safety and Health Office website.
In-person examination schedule:
• Main (Shuinan) Campus: March 6, 12:00–13:00, 2026
• Yingcai Campus: March 13, 12:00–13:00, 2026
Certificate issuance after passing the examination:
• On-campus students: Certificates will be distributed through the respective department offices.
• Faculty, staff, and assistants: Certificates may be collected from the Environmental Safety and Health Office.
• Affiliated hospital staff: Certificates will be distributed through the Occupational Safety and Health Office of the affiliated hospital.
Participants who need this training to fulfill graduation requirements must ensure that their student ID number is correctly entered in the registration information. Credit exemption will not be granted if the student ID number is not provided.
Notes:
1. The online course is available only to those with a campus portal account or an affiliated hospital employee ID (affiliated hospital staff must access the course via the affiliated hospital system). Those without an account should participate in the in-person course in the first semester of Academic Year 115.
2. First-time users of the activity registration system should not click the green “Personnel Information Inquiry” button.
